Freedom is an Auckland based company which has concentrated on cards for local regions especially those in the North Island. Their cards are very colourful and sometimes have a slightly mat surface finish. Their exact order of issue is not certain.

N.B. These cards are thin card board with square corners but as with other remote memory cards they have a scratch panel pin number on the reverse. They were marketed exclusively by "The Warehouse". Subsequent Gold Mobile Recharge cards sold by "The Warehouse" have network phone services provided by Telecom New Zealand.
