"CARD CALL" is a division of Telecorp Ltd, an Australian based telecommunications provider. It specialises in providing cards for specific users and in this case has produced cards specifically for use in New Zealand or for New Zealanders to use to call back home from overseas. It also has World Dial branding on the back of recent cards.
